Vibe — Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By creating an account and using Vibe you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

If you downloaded the app from the App Store, these Terms supplement Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA). Where they conflict on user conduct and content, these Terms apply.

2. Age requirement

Vibe is only for people 18 years of age or older. By registering you confirm that you are at least 18.

3. Your account

• The information you provide must be accurate. Creating an account in someone else's name or with someone else's photo is prohibited.
• One person, one account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe.

4. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

Vibe has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Insults, threats, harassment, blackmail, hate speech (based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, etc.)
• Nudity, sexual content, violence or gore in photos
• Any inappropriate content involving minors. This leads to immediate account termination and a report to law enforcement
• Using someone else's photo, name or identity without permission
• Spam, advertising, fake profiles, scams, asking for money or personal data
• Promoting drugs, weapons or other illegal activity
• Sharing another user's personal information without their consent

How we enforce this:

• Explicit profanity and insults are automatically filtered in names, bios, statuses, photo captions and messages.
• You can report any user, photo or message and block any user. A blocked person cannot see you or message you.
• We review reports within 24 hours. We remove violating content and suspend or terminate the offending user's account without notice.

5. Content

• Photos and text you share belong to you. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display them in the app. The license ends when you delete the content.
• You must have the right to share what you share.
• We may remove content that breaks these rules without notice.

6. Meeting in real life: safety

Vibe introduces people but does not verify users' identity, intentions or background. Be careful when meeting in person: meet in a public place first, tell someone close where you are, never trust people who ask for money or personal information, and report suspicious behaviour.

7. Subscription (Vibe Plus) and purchases

• Vibe Plus is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• To cancel: on iPhone, Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. The "Manage subscription" link in the app takes you there.
• The price, period and included features are shown on the purchase screen.
• No refunds are given for unused periods except where required by law. Refund requests are handled by Apple.
• One-time purchases (such as unlocking a chat) are consumed immediately and are non-refundable.

8. No warranty

Vibe is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that there will always be users nearby.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interactions or meetings between users or for indirect damages.

10. Suspension and deletion

If you break these Terms we may suspend or terminate your account. You may delete your account at any time in the app via Profile → Settings → Delete account.

11. Changes

When these Terms change we update the date above and notify you in the app about significant changes. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
